ANKY® Insect Free

Insect Free the horsefly and tick spray by ANKY® Technical Casuals and is available at every ANKY dealer.

Insect Free is made almost exclusively from natural ingredients and contains several natural oils and herbal extracts. Because of this production process, Insect Free causes no skin irritation.

ANKY® Insect Free has a pleasant fragrance of fresh lavender in comparison to most other insect sprays. Furthermore the spray is colourless, and therefore doesn’t leave any stains.
Moreover Insect Free is 100% biologically degradable and doping-free (certified).

ANKY® Insect Free is, depending on exercise and weather conditions, 1 up to 6 hours operative. (see instructions for use below)
Above all, ANKY® Insect Free works, contains no dangerous chemical ingredients and when used correctly, is safe for both rider and horse!

INSTRUCTION MANUAL ANKY® INSECT FREE

Meadow/Field

  • Spray onto the horse from 30 to 40 cm distance
  • ANKY® Insect Free can also be rubbed in with a towel or sponge
  • e.g. for usage on the head or with tense horses
  • Avoid any contact with the eyes and other mucous membranes
  • Spray well under the belly and on the neck
  • Can be used in combination with a fly-rug
  • Depending on weather conditions, e.g. rain, repeat the treatment for maximum efficiency
  • Effective for approximately 4 to 6 hours

Recreational

  • Spray onto the horse from 20 to 30 cm distance (don’t spray underneath the saddle/numnah)
  • ANKY® Insect Free can also be rubbed in with a towel or sponge e.g. for usage on the head or with tense horses
  • Avoid any contact with the eyes and other mucous membranes
  • Spray well on chest, neck, belly and hindquarters
  • When sweating, repeat the treatment for maximum efficiency
  • Depending on level of exercise, effective for about 3 hours

Competitive

  • Spray onto the horse from 20 to 30 cm distance (don’t spray underneath the saddle/numnah)
  • ANKY® Insect Free can also be rubbed in with a towel or sponge e.g. for usage on the head or with tense horses
  • Avoid any contact with the eyes and other mucous membranes
  • Spray well on chest, neck, belly and hindquarters
  • During intensive training sessions the spray is effective for approximately 1 hour
  • When sweating intensively repeat the treatment after 20 minutes for maximum efficiency

Rider

  • Spray onto uncovered parts of the body from a distance of 20 to 30 cm
  • Avoid any contact with the eyes and other mucous membranes
  • Depending on level of exercise, effective for several hours
